Florida and Universal Studios

We lounged around the pool on our first day and tried to catch up on some missed sleep. I surprisingly only burnt in a few small places thanks to this amazing sun lotion from Matalan, you apply it once! It's crazy no burns (except for where i missed places) and we've been in the sun for 3 whole days.

Anyway! The next day we went to Islands of Adventures which is part of Universal Studios. We spent quite a bit of time in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and tasted Butterbeer. Nom. It was packed, I mean ive never been to a park that has been that bad. Still there were some good rides! I ended up having to buy a pair of flip flops because my pumps had been rubbing and my feet were swollen on the bottoms. Andy got a tattoo, yup a tattoo parlour in a theme park..cool! When we got back to the hotel we were out like lights!

Today we went to Universal Studios which was good, they no longer have the jaws ride but the park was quiet and the queues were no longer than 35 mins. Win!

We are now back in our wonderful motel room and our air con has packed in and it's just fanning round hot air which is so horrible as its 33 at the moment and it's 7pm! We are glad to be moving on to Washington tomorrow.
