Not being able to sleep zzzz

I dont know what it is maybe its something to do with the moon but I don't sleep well at all recently, it's frustrating nearly every night I wake up in the early hours of the morning for a good couple of hours.

It's starting to really stress me out!!! It's currently 5.50am as I'm typing this and I feel wide awake! I've played a bit of solitaire already and I've also stalked instagram and Facebook

Does anybody have any suggestions on how to sleep better??? Help me!!

Our trip in Manchester

Firstly I've become real lazy when it comes to using my DSLR camera, maybe it's because its been on me all summer and as I am coming to the end of the year I need a break from it's heavy self but anyway I didn't take it up North with me I just used my iphone, so I am afraid again these are all instagram pics!

My husband and I travelled up on Friday night and took a pack lunch with us mainly because I am on a diet and wouldn't be able to resist such likes as Mcdonalds, KFC or Burger King. We got to Andy's sisters house where we were staying for the weekend in good time.

On Saturday we did a bit of shopping, checked out my first Christmas shop of the year (exciting) we went bowling and I lost but my team won one game...yay! We also had a mini fireworks party that night with ahem the worst fire works ever! It was still a good laugh though and I didn't freeze like I would of in a field some where!

Sunday was our new niece's christening....Maya-Lee a little cutie! But no babies for us just yet.... !

this weekend we are off to Manchester for our nieces christening... of course there will be pictures of our trip to follow :) 

5 MONTHS TO GO....

In 5 months my husband and I will be leaving boring Southampton, UK to travel around the US for 3 months. We are so excited! Our first stop is Orlando just so I can visit Islands Of Adventures to see the Harry Potter part :) I'm such a HP geek :) We will then move on to Washington DC, Philly, NYC, Toronto (Canada), Chicago where we will pick up our car and then drive Route 66, spend some time in LA and San Diego with friends that are flying out to meet us and then make our way up the coast visiting SF, Seattle, and back across the top to Chicago.

I am so frigging excited about seeing so many great things in such a short space of time, I am really hoping the time doesn't fly be too quickly but I am sure it will. If anyone has any idea's on what to do, eat, stay etc please let me know :)
